4 Seasons Yoga Retreat Valposchiavo - Fall

The four yoga retreats in the four seasons allow for a deeper perception of the wonders that nature has to offer at each stage of its development. In this way, we stay in touch with and in the presence of the world that surrounds us. Yoga means connection, presence, perception and development.
In the retreats we will experience the magic of a yoga practice that connects us deeply with our body and the sensations inherent in it. Through the work on the body, which combines strength and flexibility, silence and movement, grounding and letting go, we will experience that the possibilities in yoga practice are just as infinite as those of life. In order to perceive them, we need an open and creative approach. The yoga classes combine the static and mindful method of Hatha Yoga with the more dynamic method of Vinyasa Yoga.
In addition to active practice on the mat, deep relaxation, meditation and reading texts from the yoga tradition also play an important role. The Old Monastery in Poschiavo is an oasis of peace in the center of the Borgo and an ideal place to escape from daily stress.
Everywhere in the monastery there is silence and tranquility. The monastery cells have been only slightly modernised and retain their original character. The yoga classes take place in the stone pine hall of the monastery or in nature. Dinner is served at the Hotel Croce Bianca, which cooks its menus with local products, most of which are organic.
