Alp Languard - Lej Languard - Fuorcla Pischa - Paradis-Hütte - Pontresina

The tour starts at the mountain station of the Pontresina Alp Languard chairlift. Follow the signs for Lej Languard and Fuorcla Pischa. You walk comfortably to the lake, where you can also dive briefly (very cold). on the first part of the path, which then branches off to the Paradis hut, you will meet more often than elsewhere hikers who are obviously not incapable (they "smell" of money, proximity to Pontresina). From the lake you climb steeply and follow the red and white floor markings to the hiking trail that comes from Piz Languard. In this region you can observe ibex and with them in society also chamois from a close distance. On the Fuorcla Pischa there is a view to several lakes, which lie in a never-ending stone desert. the descent goes only on the same way as the ascent. On the descent to Lej Languard you choose an alternative further north. But here, too, the path is very steep. Then we go to the Paradis hut with a view of the Bernina group and on to Pontresina. The tour is classified as moderate because of the two very steep stretches above lej Languard.
