The start and finish of this short gravel tour is Vella - the main town in Val Lumnezia, the valley of light. There is plenty of light here in the form of sunshine, as the southern exposure and the slight southern influence of the weather mean that the mountain valley is often bathed in sunshine.

Description

An easy climb leads from Vella to Morissen. The mountain village, which is popular with holidaymakers due to its unspoiled appearance, is the first highlight of this after-work tour. The rapid descent to Cumbel is the second.

Via the side road and a dirt track, you quickly return to Vella to devote yourself to the rest of the day or to ring in the end of the day.

You can also ride this route in the evening.

The tour should not be undertaken in uncertain weather conditions. Weather changes are frequent in the mountains. If a rain front or similar is approaching during the hike, you should turn back in good time.
