In winter 23-24 you can enjoy two different, constantly changing menus every evening. One vegetarian and the other a mix of fish and meat consisting of 8-10 small things in tapas form. sapaT – Tapas the other way around.
Almost exclusively Swiss and seasonal products are offered here with a distinct quality standard, in a fusion kitchen.
This means that Swiss products will be interpreted in an Asian way this winter.
Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and Thai.
Sustainability, careful processing of the products and conscious seasonality can be experienced not only in our dishes.
