The house is very well maintained. In the entrance area there is a ski and boot room. Guests have access to an on-site swimming pool (only during the season). Next to the swimming pool there is a small sauna, which can be used for a fee.

The nearest post bus stop (ski bus) is a 3-4 minute walk away. Shopping facilities can be found in the neighbouring communities. The apartment offers an ideal starting point for hiking, biking or winter sports (Obersaxen ski area). Distance to the valley station of the mountain railways: 3 minutes by car, 200 m to the bus stop.
