On foot in 5-10 minutes to café/bakery, bank, Volg shop, sports shop, hairdresser and 15 minutes to the children's paradise and swimming lake Rufalipark.

The 3-room apartment is located in the three-part apartment building Nodahüs. The building stands out with its brown façade and green window sills. The last renovation (balcony railings) took place in the summer of 2014.

Tip for families with children: In the forest behind the Nodahüs, there is a very nice walk right on the footpath in the direction of Affeier.
nice children's playground with public fireplace and seating. The Vita-Parcours (trim trail) for sporty parents is also located in this forest. In addition to the Rufalipark in Misanenga, another attraction for children is the great giant trampoline on Cuolm Sura.
