Front is south-facing with a view of the mountains of the Surselva (Obersaxen). The house has an underground garage as well as a storage room for bicycles. Each apartment has a spacious basement. The valley station of the chairlift is within walking distance (200m). In the ski room, each apartment has a lockable sports locker. Charging station for electric vehicles available 50m next to the house.
 
Directions: By car via Flims/ Laax to Ilanz and from there continue in the direction of Disentis. Turn off in the direction of Waltensburg/ Vuorz after 3 km after Ilanz (turn right). Property after leaving the village of Waltensburg in the direction of Andiast100m below the car park at the valley station of the Waltensburg/ Vuorz chairlift, on the right side of the road in front of the Hotel Ucliva
Take the train to Ilanz and then take the post bus to Waltensburg/ Vuorz
