Casaulta's Galloway

The suckler cows and their calves live more all year round at 1,800 metres above sea level. From spring to autumn they are on the pasture and in winter they have free exercise.

The animals feed on grass and mountain hay. The calves only get breast milk and are ready for slaughter at about 2 years of age.
