The house and the apartment have been gently renovated with respect to the historical building structure. Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Scuol, a characteristic Engadine village, surrounded by houses decorated with sgrafitto, the Swiss national park, and superb skiing, spa and wellness opportunities, the locals greet you with a friendly Allegra.

Shopping facilities can be found at the nearby Stradun im Volg, in the bakeries and in the many local shops.
A free public parking lot for long-term parkers is within 1-minute walking distance. The ski bus stop is close-by (3-minutes´ walk). In less than 5 minutes you can easily reach the train station and the valley station of the cable car. Use of the ski bus is free of charge in winter. Also the Engadin Bad Scuol, with a large bathing and sauna landscape, the drinking hall with various mineral waters and a Roman-Irish bath is only 3 minutes away. There are also several mineral water fountains in the immediate vicinity.
