The house is only a few minutes away from the Misanenga-Untermatt chairlift. In winter you can ski right up to the house. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the mountain landscape of the Surselva. In the basement there is a ski room and a garage space, which is included in the price.  

The Misanenga valley station can be reached in 7 minutes on foot, right next to it is the Rufalipark. In winter with ice rink, in summer with the swimming lake, tennis court, pit-pat facility, playground, fireplace and year-round indoor play paradise.
