Hof Christen Vazerol

The Christen farm is located at 1125 m above sea level on the sun terrace in Vazerol. Rahel and Matthias Christen cultivate 27.5 hectares of land. Their businesses are rearing (rearing contracts), fattening and direct marketing in their own farm shop. The cows spend the summer on Alp Ozur and all the young animals on Alp Nandro above Savognin. In August 2017, the following products were awarded the Parc Ela product label: Ozur alpine cheese, butter, boiled butter, hamburger, elderflower syrup, veal, cider crumbs, peppermint syrup, cream, raw bacon, raw milk, salsiz, pork.
