Detached, comfortable 5.5 room holiday home (non-smoking house) in a majestic panoramic position on the edge of the forest with a view over the village and the lake. Large garden with all-day sun exposure in pure southern exposure. You can park either in the underground car park or in the parking lot on the roof of the underground car park a few metres below the property.An external staircase with a subsequent paved path takes you to the Haustür.Im winter snow shovels that may be necessary at your disposal. Step into your holiday home, which was built in split-level construction. A wide, prestigious, tiled staircase leads you downstairs to the living and dining rooms, and upstairs you reach the bedrooms. At the cloakroom you can exchange your shoes for comfortable finches or hut shoes. It is not permitted to enter the living rooms and bedrooms with road, ski or mountain boots.

Non-smoking accommodation. Smoking is not permitted throughout the house.
One pet per booking is allowed.
The house is not wheelchair accessible.

Journey:
Cross the village until you reach the chapel of S. Giacun, then go uphill until you reach the fork in the road. From there, turn onto Via Campliun and follow this road until you reach the junction with the road just before the edge of the forest. Either drive into the entrance to the underground car park on the right, where the vehicle can be parked, or up to the parking area on the roof of the underground car park intended for vehicles. The house is located on the left side of Via Campliun and is the second after the last junction.
