The large round windows allow nature to enter fill the living room with the bright Engadine sun. Shopping facilities, restaurants and the railway station of Ardez are within walking distance.

The apartment of approx. 120 m2 is located on the 2nd floor of an old Engadine house, which is directly attached to the historical tower (Romanesque Tuor) from the 13th century. The railway station is three minutes' walk from the house. There are also parking spaces available at reduced prices. Shopping can be done in the local shops in the village.
In winter you can reach the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars by train in 10 minutes or by a skishuttlebus from Ardez directly to the valley station of the chair lift in Ftan (in high season).
