Bivio

Day 1: Individual arrival

Meeting point at the hotel in Bivio at 1.30 p.m.  Followed by a first snowshoe tour around the Mott'Eta. Hiking time approx. 21/2 h / ↑ 270 m ↓

Day 2: Roggi's Tigias Davains

In picturesque Parsonz, near Savognin, start of the snowshoe tour through snow-covered forests and past idyllic huts up to Tigias Davains. The descent leads over wide slopes down to Savognin. Hiking time approx. 3 h / 370 m ↑ 560 m ↓

Day 3: Septimer Pass

This crossing used to be used by the Romans in the summer to get to Bregaglia and Italy. In winter, a pleasant, quiet valley to the watershed at Piz Lunghin, where the streams flow into 3 different seas. Hiking time approx. 5 h / ↑ 570 m ↓

Day 4: Alp Flix

Post bus ride out of the valley to Sur. Ascent to Alp Flix, a plateau where the beauty, the vastness, the tranquility and the Mongolian yurts make you forget everyday life. Hiking time approx. 31/4 h / ↑ 480 m ↓

Day 5: Alp Natons

Hike with snowshoes through pine and larch forests, wildlife tracks can be seen and with a little luck you can even observe one or the other animal. At Alp Natons, above the Marmorera reservoir, the view of the valley and up to the 2241-metre-high Kanonensattel is impressively great. After the tour, individual return journey. Hiking time approx. 3 h / ↑ 270 m ↓
