Concert entertainment in the cultural program of the Fundaziùn Tgea da tgànt

Amuse – that's a singer and four instrumentalists, joyfully on the road through different musical landscapes of the world. The name says it all: the music is amusing, entertaining and enjoyable, and so is the mood that prevails in the ensemble and on stage.

Amusing – that sounds lively and joie de vivre like the musette, but also melancholic and poetic like the chanson. Guido Decurtins (acc), Fredy Manser (kl), Jennifer Ribeiro rudin (voc/p), Andi Schnotz (g) and Andrea Thöny (b) are amused.
The musical independence and versatility of the ensemble lives from the different musical roots of the five musicians. For many years they have been at home in classical music, folk music, jazz or pop, and have found another musical home at Amüset.

The Fundaziùn Tgea da tgànt is the organisation behind the Tgea da tgànt project, which aims to realise a centre of excellence for a lively examination of singing in the Romansh-speaking world in the birthplace of the composer Tumasch Dolf. In the farmhouse, which has been uninhabited for more than 30 years, a pioneering project for the use and promotion of local cultural resources as well as sustainable tourist destinations is to be implemented. www.tgeadatgant.ch/
