Concert "Momentum" with "Gläuffig"

"Momentum" applies to Gläuffig and the way they live Swiss folk music in two senses: After 15 years of band history and the last album "Gesellenwanderung", they now present their personal masterpiece.
"Momentum" brings together sixteen new original compositions in the border area between folk music tradition and various extensions in terms of sound, harmony, melody and rhythm. They are certainly aware of their origins and use their creativity to process and advance traditional music in a unique way. In doing so, they explore the limits of this music and bring new facets to light. In addition to typical Swiss elements, they also lean on the repertoire of world music as the mood takes them. The result is a rousing and surprising mixture that will captivate the audience.
