Free counselling hotline on Mental Health Day

As a directly affected person or as a relative, do you have any questions about mental health? Counsellors are available for legal advice and psychosocial counselling on 0848 800 858 (normal rate).

The hotline will be supervised all year round by Pro Mente Sana employees and on 10 October 2024 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. by medical psychotherapists from Graubünden.

Even though we usually know what is good for us, there are psychological stresses or questions that help with advice and tips from professionals.

The counselling hotline is for people with a mental impairment or challenge, their relatives and other caregivers. Of course, all counsellors are subject to confidentiality.

The advice hotline is anonymous, and the advice is free of charge.
