Greenhouses – Alpine Gourmet

Dining under the firmament, in the presence of the mountains, enjoying a cuisine signed by high-level chefs: these are the ingredients of Serre - Alpine Gourmet. From 2 to 12 August, guests will have the opportunity to eat inside eight glazed greenhouses furnished in alpine-chic style that can accommodate up to eight people each. The dinners under the stars, organized by San Bernardino Swiss Alps in the garden of the Hotel Brocco & Posta, will begin at 7.30 pm. Among the five chefs who will take turns in the kitchen, with menus created specifically for the occasion, there are also Michelin-starred chefs Martin Dalsass – exceptional chef and founder of the prestigious Talvo in St. Moritz – and Davide Marzullo, young creative star of Trattoria Contemporanea in the province of Como. Places for dinners in the Greenhouses are limited to ensure an intimate and unique experience: it is possible to reserve your table on the serre-gourmet.com website. A central lounge with tables and sofas, on the other hand, will be made available to all San Bernardino guests who want to enjoy an after-dinner drink.
