In the 1970s, the Greina, which connects Graubünden with Ticino, became known throughout Switzerland. The architect and artist Bryan Cyril Thurston campaigned with his art for 20 years against the construction of a reservoir in this magnificent plateau. At that time, his saying "Only poetry can save Greina" seemed quite abstruse to his son. But it is precisely in this that he finds an unexpected strength today. Beauty, that's what everyone wants!
