Guided tour Fürstenau

Guided tour of the city with Rudolf Küntzel. With a visit to the medieval wall paintings in the Stoffelhaus. Afterwards aperitif offered by the city and prepared by the Casa Caminada in Fürstenau. Duration approx. 1 1 /2 hours.
In Graubünden, secular wall paintings from this period exist in only 3 places and are therefore unique in terms of art history. The hunting scene gives an insight into how Bishop Chur celebrated court life in the small town of Fürstenau at that time. During the city tour, the history of the fourth city in Graubünden comes to life once again as a transport hub in the Middle Ages and a cultural hotspot in modern times. Registration required by 2.00 p.m. on the day of the event.
