Description
The guided tour takes you on a fascinating tour of the new exhibition on the upper floor of the Plantaturm.
In the so-called baroque nuns' cells, everything revolves around the inner life of the Sisters of Müstair.
Exciting objects and touching stories focus on the life of the sisters in and with the rooms of the convent.
Objects that have never been shown before provide an insight into the reality of life in the community and illustrate themes of safekeeping and locking up.
These include boxes and chests as personal possessions of the sisters, but also letters, such as the one from Gertrude Werner, which she wrote to "her loved ones" in her first year "in the little convent" in 1913.
