What is it about :

In this seminar, each participant learns the meditation to activate their own Merkaba (light body process). Together we will feel, sense and experience the fields.
We learn pranayama breathing. We will go into our heart, into the Christ consciousness, into love, and there everyone has their experiences. Building on this, the following meditations are carried out in addition:
- the journey to the inner child
- the medicine wheel- the journey to the power animal- the journey to the spirit guide- the journey to the higher self
