Metzgete at the Berghotel Sartons

Since 1996 the Sartonser-Metzgete takes place at the end of September.

It is always a pleasure for us to welcome and spoil our loyal guests. The Sartonser-Metzgete is held as a buffet and you can eat as much of everything as you like.

On our buffet you will find Blut- und Leberwürstli, Schweinsbratwürstli, Rippli, Speck, Schinken, Schnörrli, Züngli, Schwänzli, Gnagi, Saucisson vaudois, Leberli, Geschnetzelets, Sauerkraut, Dörrbohnen, Apfelschnitze, Salzkartoffeln, Rösti and much more.
