Today located off the main road, Degen was a traffic junction in earlier times - the place where the paths to Ilanz, Vals, Vrin and the south crossed. The three churches and chapels of the village with their art treasures of national importance still bear witness to this once central role. Doors will be opened for you that would otherwise remain closed - come with us!
