Nature walk with Michel Hänggi

Join us on a journey of discovery through the fascinating world of (mountain) birds in Bad Ragaz!

During our excursion you will:

- Explore the local bird species and get to know their habitats.
- Get answers to questions about wild birds and their behavior.
- Learn how to actively contribute to supporting the wild bird population.
- Keep an eye out for other wild inhabitants such as squirrels and chamois.
- Experience nature from the perspective of the animals and align your senses with it.


Michel Hänggi is an experienced field ornithologist and excursion guide with over two decades of experience in bird watching. His extensive knowledge and passion for nature have made him an expert in the field. He is happy to share his knowledge and experience with the participants as they explore nature together and develop a deeper understanding of it.

What to bring: Clothing appropriate to the weather.* Depending on how many animals we observe, we often stand for a long time.

Otpional: binoculars, food, note pads, smartphone, sun protection
Photos: Are always welcome - if the birds behave calmly, mobile phone photos can be taken through the telescope.

Dogs: not allowed

Meeting point: Reception Hotel Schloss Ragaz / 15min before the start
