Pilates at the swimming pool in Ilanz

At the start of the day, enjoy an hour of exercise in the Ilanz swimming pool. Afterwards, the options are free to have a coffee together or to start the day directly.
You have to bring your own cloth/mat or contact leaders if you want to take something with you.
The lessons will only take place in dry weather - registered participants will be informed in good time.
