Public Guided Tours in the Gonzen Sargans Mine

A guided tour will impress you with the size of the mine in Gonzen and the work done in it!

After the introductory film, you will be equipped with a helmet and a stud lamp. At the Vild tunnel station, the Gonzen Express is waiting for the 2 km long entrance through the base tunnel. The big tour on foot of another 2 km in length starts at the main station, leads through tunnels, over drives, galleries and brake mountains, past mining fields, silos, equipment to gallery 5 - exactly 85 meters above the main station - and down again.

The experienced mine guides will let you experience the mine up close.
