Reflections - your beauty is real.

Self-esteem and self-confidence are an important basis. It helps young women* to grow up with a healthy attitude, to have equal relationships and to protect themselves from psychological, physical and sexual violence. The documentary "Mirror Images" shows how young women* can feel and strengthen themselves.

Followed by a discussion with Romana Lanfranconi and Alexa Meyer, project managers for families and women's health, FFG Video Production, as well as an expert from the Graubünden women's shelter.

Moderated by Oceana Galmarini and musically accompanied by "ladunna".

With aperitif from about 8.30 p.m.

For young women* from the age of 14, parents, caregivers.

The event will take place as part of the Mental Health Action Days 2024. Participation is free of charge and does not require registration.
