Safe Place: We create an imaginary retreat in your head.

You will learn self-hypnosis.

I will set an anchor for you so that you can relax quickly and easily.

I program your "moment of excellence" for you: your most beautiful experience can be recalled with a single touch.

In addition:
You exchange ideas with other people and can make contacts. This can help you to apply self-hypnosis in everyday life.
