SUP Yoga with Selina Thöny

We paddle out together on the mirror-smooth Heidsee. We attach the boards to a platform to prevent everyone from floating away. And don't worry, no one will fall into the water. The boards are very stable and the yoga exercises won't be too focused on balance :).

Dress: Normal yoga/sports clothing

Costs: CHF 25.00 for yoga + CHF 20.00 for board rental (to be paid directly to the water sports center. You must leave your own board at home). Organization: The event only takes place in dry weather. Do you have any questions?
