The Inner Development Goals Framework was developed as a complement to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and provides a new narrative, a holistic “map” and tools for sustainable leadership development.
The course is based on the instructor's experience with various IDG-based leadership development programs and a corresponding teaching assignment at the University of Basel.
