Description
"Las Toreras" is a Swiss documentary about reconciliation, courage and the strength it takes to face family taboos.
Despite a difficult childhood, Jackie has found her happiness as an artist. When the dark past catches up with her, she sets out with her fictional character Jack Torera to unravel the misfortune of her mentally ill mother. This inspired their art, but divided their families in Switzerland and Spain.
