The young and ambitious Iranian judoka Leila travels to the Judo World Championships in Tbilisi together with her coach Maryam. When it turns out in the course of the competition that she could meet a competitor from Israel, the Tehran regime becomes nervous. To prevent the ignominy of a possible defeat, Leila is given an ultimatum: she is supposed to fake an injury and drop out of the competition. If she resisted and continued to fight, she would be considered a traitor to the state from now on. Leila has to make a serious decision that affects not only herself, but also her family in Iran and her coach, whose freedom and safety are also at stake. A highly suspenseful political thriller.
