Everyone is very welcome to enjoy this special experience on the Madrisa, whether simply curious, beginner or advanced practitioner.
Material: participants bring along their own yoga mats
Clothing: casual and comfortable sports clothing
Participation: from age 14, a minimum of 3 participants is required
