Connect with your soul. Listen to your inner voice. With your heart open, you feel what is good for you, where your (soul) path leads you. In this way, you create a happy future for yourself – regardless of what is happening on the outside. Find your inner center and stay in balance.

Each evening there will be a main topic that we will dedicate ourselves to with yoga exercises, meditation and inspiration from me. Possible topics: strength from the here and now, (self-)confidence, letting go, self-love, self-worth, strength from within, balance, gratitude.

Dates: every 2nd Tuesday

Time: 6.00 pm – 7.30 pm

Location: in Inner-Arosa, near Gada stop

Costs: CHF 20.00 (cash or via Twint)
