"Happiness begins where you forget about time" has been the motto of the Kunfermann farm in Präz since Simon and Jacqueline took over.
Passing on a piece of this happiness is the family's philosophy. And so the last piece of the puzzle of the Heinzenberg farm was created - the Edelsäss.
In the midst of nature, surrounded by their majestic herd of fallow deer, Marc - the nature-loving gourmet chef, Simon - the tireless farmer, Jacqueline - the imaginative hostess and daughter Ninja - the animal lover, spoil you with the best products from their organic farm, fallow deer breeding, forest and meadow.
At 1600 metres above sea level, you will experience a journey of pleasure for all the senses, for the palate and the mind, for the eye, the soul and the heart.
The open-air experience can be booked for 4 to a maximum of 20 people.
If you would like to experience even more happiness, we also offer farm tours, refinement courses in the Spensa, cookery courses, barbecue courses or game viewing.
Animals on the farm
Around ninety fallow deer, two llamas Charlie and Katamarca as wolf protection. Around forty suckler cows and their calves of the breeds Braunvieh, Wagyu, Jarolais x BrownSwiss, thirteen Passirian goats, Popey and Galan Ninja's horses
