Eating in the goods shed means a lot of fire & flames. Because in our highlight, the Josper, it goes hot to and fro. When prepared in this special charcoal grill oven, temperatures of up to 350 degrees are produced. This makes meat, fish and vegetables particularly juicy and gives them wonderful precious wood aromas. So our kitchen team, around chef Martin Völker, skilfully makes the goods shed dishes fire under the grate. The menu takes you on a culinary journey through the Alps – with small detours to the Orient. You will be catered for from morning to evening, with hot and cold dishes as well as daily brunch. And even with liquid happiness you will be supplied abundantly: cocktails with and without, exquisite wines, classics and soft drinks – hot, cold, shaken and stirred we have them all! At the bar with live music, in the cozy lounge or on the terrace. A rich selection of drinks completes the menu.
Hot meals throughout: Daily Brunch until 12.00 noon (on weekends until 2 pm) / Lunch from 11.00 am – 5.00 pm / Dinner from 6.00 pm. With us, not only the Josper burns daily, but also regularly the Goods Shed Stage. DJs and bands bring the mood to our boil. We love to entertain you and never miss an opportunity.
