Restaurant Adler In our gourmet restaurant Adler we serve homemade and regional delicacies, which are prepared directly by Siggi Tschurtschenthaler and his team. A touch of South Tyrol - the home of Siggi - should not be missing from the creations from the gourmet kitchen.
