Description
The house is situated in a quiet and sunny residential area near the Heidsee. The ski lifts are close by, as are the cross-country ski trail and walking paths. In summer, the Heidsee offers opportunities for swimming, sailing and fishing. The sports bus stop is only a few metres away from Casa Selva. In the season, you can reach the (ski) lifts comfortably and free of charge, as well as the holiday resort of Lenzerheide.

From Chur, drive through the village of Valbella, almost to the end of the village. Just before the "Spar", take the road to the right. Continue on Voa Davos Lai, just before Hotel Seehof turn right into Voa Casoja until you reach the garage where "Casa Selva" is signposted. The house is on the right side of the road.
