Ferienhaus Althus Gün, Safien Platz

The holiday home Althus is a Walser house, stands at 1600m above sea level and was built in 1701. In 1995, it was gently renovated and practically furnished under monument protection. It can accommodate 12 people. The house offers a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with soapstone stove, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a seating area (as long as there is no snow) with a wood-fired barbecue. In winter, the living room and kitchen are heated with wood stoves. In the kitchen there is also underfloor heating. Bedrooms and bathrooms are heated with electric stoves if required. Out of the valley, you can enjoy a view of Tenna, the Günerhorn, the Signina Group and the Calanda. The view into the valley includes the Piz Beverin, the Bruschghorn and the end of the valley near Thalkirch. Parking close to the house. Non-smoking house. Pets are allowed.
