The 5 1/2 room house is located in the idyllically situated hamlet of Tschappina, on the terrace Obersaxen above the Rhine. The house is located alone on a large meadow, which offers relaxation as a garden. The apartment covers about 250 m2 on 2 1/2 floors. The large ski area with the main station Meierhof can be reached by sports bus or car in 5 minutes. Once on the slopes, you can ski through the forest directly to the house. Directly from the house you can set off on snowshoes for tours lasting several hours. In summer, the area is suitable for hiking or biking. In winter, there are numerous slopes for skiing, cross-country ski trails and beautiful winter hiking trails at your disposal. The house has two uncovered parking spaces. Pets are allowed on request.
