From all rooms and the large sunny balcony you have a wonderful view over the Anterior Rhine Valley, the Val Lumnezia and the Flimser Stein. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can be easily reached by elevator via the underground car park. Luven is located about 4 km above Ilanz, the first town on the Rhine, which offers numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities. In winter, Luven is directly connected to the Obersaxen Mundaun Val Lumnezia ski area with a feeder lift. Other ski areas such as Brigels/Waltensburg/Andiast and Laax/Flims can be easily reached in 15 to 20 minutes by car. From spring to autumn, hikers and bikers can take part in numerous tours of varying difficulty both directly from the house and in the immediate vicinity.
