The attic apartment is a very large (55m2) 1.5 room apartment. Just below is the 3.5 room apartment. Both apartments have separate entrances (no stairwell). The house is detached and oriented to the south (unobstructed). The location is very quiet and close to nature. The facilities invite you to relax and enjoy a comfortable living both in the house and on the large balconies and the large garden terrace (with barbecue).
