In our house you live in a large 4-room apartment with a very nice garden. In the basement there is a small depositor apartment, which we live in on many weekends. If we are not on site ourselves, the house is only inhabited by you. The house is an old but very well maintained house. The upper part of the garden is at your disposal. The lower part of the garden is private, as are the fruit trees. However, if you rent our house at the end of summer / beginning of autumn and find many ripe apples and mirabelles, you are welcome to pick some. Just so that it still has for us and other guests. :) The vegetables in the vegetable garden are private.
If we are not on site ourselves, you can always reach us by phone. Since it is an old house, we can unfortunately never completely rule out the possibility that something suddenly no longer works. If this is the case, please contact us at any time. We are well connected in Scuol and are sure to find help in a short time to solve the problem on site.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in takes place on Fridays from 3 p.m. The key is in the key box. The key box is located in the left mailbox. Please put the key back in the key box on departure and lock the box/change the code.
Check-out is by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please remove all bed linen before checkout and throw it in a pile with the used hand and bath towels. Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and adjust it. Some windows tilt on departure. Please dispose of the garbage. The disposal station for glass and waste bags is located just above the house. Pet and aluminum can be disposed of next to the coop. Please lock the front door, put the keys back in the key box and lock it.
KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy your holidays. A basic set of spices, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar and tea and a few capsules of coffee (Nespresso machine) are available for a relaxed start to your holiday. A fondue caquelon and a raclette stove are also at your disposal. Garbage bags, cleaning agents, as well as washing-up liquid and washing machine tabs are available. BATHROOM The bathroom is equipped with bath towels, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. A few rolls of toilet paper, Kleenex and a hair dryer are ready for you. BEDROOMS There are three bedrooms. Two of them large and one slightly smaller. Two bedrooms with mountain views towards the Lower Engadine Dolomites, one bedroom with a view of the garden. In one bedroom there is a king-size bed (180cm), one bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed (160cm) and in the third bedroom there are two single beds of 90cm, which can be pushed together. Bed linen and clothes storage are available in each room. Please do not close the shops! They are very old shops, some of which are not easy to close. However, all rooms have light-proof curtains. A children's travel cot for your little one is also available. With mattress and fitted sheet. Please bring your own baby bed linen. If you need the cot, please let us know a few days before your arrival so that we can provide it. LIVING ROOM There are two sofas in the living room. The blue-gray sofa is a sofa bed. If you pull the seat part forward, you can use the back parts as a mattress. The table offers good seating for six people. A high chair is available. Please let us know a few days before your arrival so that we can provide it. In the basement there is a small toilet, which you can also use. Also in the basement is the washing machine and dryer. You can use both during your stay. Detergent is available. Please clean the dryer after use. In the small room next to the toilet you will find cleaning utensils, if necessary, child seat and travel cot. The remaining rooms are private.
PARKING: Below the front door is our private parking lot, which can accommodate two cars. You can park there for free during your stay.
GUEST CARD On request, we can get you a guest card. This gives you the following advantages: Free public transport between Scuol and Zernez. Free use of the mountain railways in summer and you benefit from further discounts on experiences throughout the Engadin Samnaun Val Müstair destination.
