Located in the historic lower village of Scuol, the completely renovated and newly furnished, quiet 4.5-room apartment impresses with a high standard of finishing. (First letting on 17.12.2016) The almost 90m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor with a sunny balcony and offers the opportunity for shopping in the Volg in the same house. An outdoor parking space behind the house belongs to the apartment. The ski bus stop is right next to the house, in about 5 minutes you can easily reach the valley station. The use of the ski bus is included in the ski ticket in winter. In a three-minute walk you are in the Engadin Bad Scuol, with a large pool and sauna area and with Roman-Irish bath. There are also two mineral water fountains in the immediate vicinity. Our concierge service is at your disposal during the whole time, we will tell you the best excursions, reserve the ski instructor or a place in the Roman-Irish bath.
