In 3 minutes you can easily reach the valley station of the Ftan chairlift, which takes you directly to the Motta Naluns ski area. The use of the ski bus is included in the ski ticket in winter. Two garage spaces are available in the house. In summer as well as in winter, the surrounding area invites you to take short and long walks in the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadine, which start right outside the front door.
