The 70m2 apartment is on the first floor of the Chasa Sur Chafarrer in Guarda. The house is very quiet just outside the village. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites and the unique pine forests of the Lower Engadine. The attic apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, exudes a cozy flair, so that you will feel right at home! The dining table in the kitchen or the sofa landscape in the living room invite you to linger with a glass of wine and good conversation. The Volg and the post office are located in the village center (about 400m away). Guarda can be reached by post bus from Giarsun railway station. From Guarda you can go on beautiful ski tours into Val Tuoi. The Motta Naluns ski area can be reached via Ftan by car in 15 minutes. The access road is regularly cleared in winter, but depending on snowfall and road conditions, snow chains or 4x4 drive are still an advantage. A pick-up service from the train station can be arranged. In summer, the whole Lower Engadine is ideal for beautiful hikes, whether short or longer. The hike from Guarda to Val Tuoi to the beautiful Lai Blau or the Schellen-Urseli hike are popular for young and old.
