Beautiful house with three apartments, which have been rented since December 2005 / January 2006. Two of the three apartments are holiday apartments; on 5-star 3.5 room maisonette apartment with a balcony facing south and a 5-star 3 room apartment with a private outdoor sitting area. This private area is adjacent to the garden sitting area accessible to all tenants. All apartments have been equipped in a modern and detail-oriented way. The kitchen offers a state-of-the-art equipment including free bar containing aperitifs and liqueurs, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, big refrigerator, microwaves, Nespresso coffee maker and many amenities more. All apartments have been refurbished in 2013/14. There is a two-car garage and two outdoor parking spaces, which are subject to availability. In every apartment, there is slate soil and floor heating. Furthermore, many amenities for children are included: toys, board games, DVDs, books, etc., a travel cot incl. linen (for free) for small children as well as a highchair. Included in the basic fare are: linen (beds are made), towels (also some to spare), kitchen linen, electricity, heating, water, Wi-Fi, garage or parking space. The backyard with barbecue and dining area is for common usage. There is a room for ski boots with a ski boot heating. All guests are welcomed with a small present.
