The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 3-storey apartment building. The house itself is situated in a quiet location on a wind-protected, sunny south-facing slope with a wonderful view of the mountains and terraced villages on the left side of the valley. It takes 5 minutes by car to the valley station of the Lumnezia Obersaxen Mundaun cable cars, 2.5 km away. Access is also possible by public transport and by the free sports bus. In winter, the mountain village is an ideal starting point for romantic snowshoe tours through quiet and untouched snowy landscapes. From here you can also access the extensive winter hiking trail network of Val Lumnezia. From the village of Cumbel you can take walks to the local mountain pastures and long hikes to the legendary Graubünden Rigi. For regular outdoor fitness, a Vita Parcours is available in the immediate vicinity. Within a radius of max. 20 km you can reach four large ski and winter sports areas as well as numerous cross-country ski trails, ice rinks, winter hiking and toboggan trails and starting points for ski tours and snowshoe hikes.
