In winter, the skiing and cross-country skiing areas of Flims-Laax, Obersaxen-Mundaun and Vals can be easily reached in about 20 minutes by car. Vals, with the well-known thermal baths, can also be reached in 20 minutes by car. The apartment is located in a 250-year-old house, gently renovated, but with a high standard of finishing. A beautiful house garden with patio, conservatory, children's playhouse, as well as a garage is at guests' disposal.
